Let me introduce the excellent production crew that works hard, early morn to late even, sometimes over days. A few are current ICOM students, a few alumni and staff. We have on board a list which changes depending on crew availability. But first off we have:

Title: Stage manager
Activities: manage the stage, manage the band, manage sound checks (inclusive of tuning), manage the crew and pretty much manage anything that can be managed including her hat.
Then we have on the other end of the snake:

Title: Chief Engineer
Activities: mixing the bands, drawing out plans,
assigning clans, and pretty much wearing many caps. Just a word of caution though 'don't play, play.'

Title: Crew
Activities: assistant stage runner, setup, miking, cabling, coiling, naming (water bottles) and also doubles up as an hydraulics operator.

Title: Crew
Activities: snake, power, cables, coiling, plucking, strumming, tuning, sleeping and yes, if you need to find him, he'll either be under the truck or on top of the truck.

Title: Crew
Activities: laying and killing the snake, trapping power, lifting weights and swallowing drinks.

Title: Crew (resident- all event attending)
Activities: setup, power, cabling, coiling, lifting and sitting on stage, and yes, very keen on rubbish collection.
These are the crew members who moonlight when not giving lectures or attending seminars or classes:
